Kriston Guillot joined the Beatty & Myers team in 2019. He handles several aspects of civil litigation, including pre-filing claim evaluation/strategy, discovery, and law and motion practice. Mr. Guillot’s litigation experience includes managing complex discovery, extensive legal research/analysis, and trial.
Mr. Guillot graduated from the University Of Kansas School Of Law where he was a member of the Kansas Law Review and the Moot Court Council. He held leadership roles in the Black Law Student Association and was the President of the Student Bar Association. In the summer of 2015, he studied Tax and Comparative law abroad at the Bahçeşehir University School of Law in Istanbul, Turkey. He was the recipient of the CALI “Excellence For The Future” Award in Torts and was selected as 2017 Man of Merit for the University of Kansas.
Mr. Guillot brings to the table more than a decade of business experience in the pharmaceutical industry and consumer finance. After law school, Mr. Guillot practiced in Kansas City, Missouri for two years focusing on commercial litigation and construction law.
