Founding Partner
John W. Myers, IV has been successfully defending clients in civil litigation, including vehicle warranty/lemon law, unfair business practices, fraud, premises liability, products liability, insurance bad faith and business litigation cases in state and federal courts, across the western United States, for 30 years.
Mr. Myers obtained his undergraduate degree, Magna Cum Laude, in business administration (with a minor in economics) from the University of Redlands in 1990, finishing at the top of the business class and earning the title Senior Scholar in Business Administration. He then went to work in the real estate industry as an escrow officer/manager for multiple Century 21 offices in the San Fernando Valley. Seeking greater challenge, he attended law school and graduated Magna Cum Laude, from Southwestern University School of Law’s SCALE program, in 1995.

Mr. Myers practices in all facets of civil litigation, from pre-lawsuit evaluation of claims to trial and also on appeal, throughout the western United States. Mr. Myers has extensive first and second chair trial experience, has worked on dozens of appeals in sate and federal court, and argued matters before the California Court of Appeal. He has represented automobile manufactures in warranty litigation and related matters for over 25 years and has won cases for his clients, either by jury trial or summary judgment, in California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, and Oregon.​
