John W. Myers, IV has been successfully defending clients in civil litigation, including vehicle warranty/lemon law, unfair business practices, fraud, premises liability, products liability, insurance bad faith and business litigation cases in state and federal courts, for over 20 years.
Mr. Myers obtained his undergraduate degree, Magna Cum Laude, in business administration (with a minor in economics) from the University of Redlands in 1990, finishing at the top of the business class and earning the title Senior Scholar in Business Administration. He then went to work in the real estate industry as an escrow officer/manager for multiple Century 21 offices in the San Fernando Valley. Seeking greater challenge, he attended law school and graduated Magna Cum Laude (#2 in class), from Southwestern University School of Law’s SCALE program, in 1995. Mr. Myers received the highest grade in 10 classes, was on Law Review and was an oral finalist in intramural Moot Court.
Mr. Myers practices in all facets of civil litigation, from pre-lawsuit evaluation of claims to trial. In order to meet the needs of the firm's clients in multiple jurisdictions, in addition to California, Mr. Myers is also admitted to practice in Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington.
